Today Sun Apps announced that Evergreen and all of its features will be merging with Ultimate Counter. We have made this decision for some important reasons.

Merging Evergreen into Ultimate Counter first and foremost helps make Ultimate Counter a better app. Ultimate Counter's goal is to be the only counting app you need, so having a lightweight spending money/goals tracker helps us further our progress towards this goal. Secondly, this will allow us to more easily maintain and update Evergreen's features, resulting in a better experience. It will also allow us to create a more unified lineup and bring Evergreen's features to over 6x the amount of users.

We will be updating Ultimate Counter and Evergreen's features for iOS 14 and macOS 11 during this transition as well. Ultimate Counter will receive an update with new iOS 14 and macOS 11 features soon after the release of iOS 14. We plan to ship the Evergreen merge before the end of the year. Until then, Evergreen will remain on the App Store and Mac App Store.
